1. Overview
By purchasing a paid vendor listing on the Devoted Oklahoma Vendor Directory, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to both monthly and annual listings. All listings are subject to approval by Devoted Oklahoma to ensure alignment with our brand values and commitment to serving local, inclusive wedding communities.
2. Listing Types & Billing
Monthly Listings: Billed automatically every 30 days from the purchase date. Will continue to auto-renew each month unless canceled by the vendor.
Annual Listings: Billed annually on the purchase anniversary date. Annual listings will auto-renew unless canceled at least 14 days before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email 30 days before your renewal date.
3. Cancellation Policy
To cancel a listing, email [email protected] or complete our vendor cancellation form (link provided in renewal emails).
Monthly listings will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew thereafter.
Annual listings must be canceled at least 14 days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next year.
If a vendor chooses to cancel a paid listing, their listing will automatically revert to a free listing unless they specifically request that it be removed entirely.
No refunds will be provided once a payment has been processed.
4. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed.
No partial or prorated refunds will be given for early cancellations.
If a listing is removed due to a violation of directory standards or non-payment, no refunds will be issued.
5. Listing Terms
All listings must include accurate, honest, and complete business information.
Listings may be edited by Devoted Oklahoma staff for clarity, formatting consistency, and search optimization.
Devoted Oklahoma reserves the right to suspend or remove listings that contain offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content or behavior.
6. Inclusion in Promotional Content
Paid listings may be considered for blog features, social media shoutouts, styled shoots, or vendor spotlights. Inclusion in promotional content is not guaranteed and is based on editorial discretion, relevance, and availability.
7. Communication
Vendors agree to receive email communications related to their listing status, renewal reminders, vendor opportunities, and community updates.

By submitting payment and checking the agreement box on the order form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
